We aim to have your food ready at collection time, however at busy times it may take longer as we prepare your food fresh so please be patient. Please allow 30 - 45 minutes for collection of your order from the restaurant (specifically if the order includes well done steaks). If there are any dietary requirements or allergies please let us know.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
